One on One Life Coaching


My Program
Brief overview
Once we establish our partnership, we will create our container. We will commit to 3-6 months of working together on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. All sessions will take place via Zoom.
If we are physically in the same place, then our sessions can take place in person at a beautiful location.

Practice:
Magic is guaranteed to happen during our sessions, however, the transformation occurs during the practice in between our calls. When we form our partnership, you are committing to bringing our work to your day-to-day life. Together we will create custom practices, accountability, and check in’s to ensure you enjoy more, find things flow to you effortlessly and while accomplishing anything your heart desires.
Embodiment:
If a picture is worth 1,000 words, the stories our bodies tell are worth 1,000,000. Embodiment practices use the body's unique sensations to connect to ourselves, and others, stay in the present moment, balance and release, and more. Depending on your unique desires, our 1:1 sessions will include both verbal communication and embodiment practices that may be done during our session or your own. These practices will range from movement, breathwork, acting monologues, and more modalities.
My Program
​My studies and training show that change is more sustainable and longer-lasting after an extended amount of guided healing and integration. Shifts may be experienced immediately after the first session. This is why I created the 3-month program which will allow us to break existing habits that no longer serve you. Then, implement new strategies and coping skills to support you in creating a life you love and are excited about. We will also work on joining the mind, body, and soul connection within to help connect you to your desires and passions. When you've made the decision to commit to yourself and create change in your life I want to offer the best environment possible to ensure you see those results.

Seeking out a coach during a difficult time in your life doesn't mean you are weak, it actually means the opposite. With the support I can provide, you can strengthen the principles and values of how you live your life. My coaching style follows the philosophy that you have all you need within yourself, and with my help, I can help you achieve your goals. If you are questioning what you desire and need in the next chapter of your life, I have the tools to guide you. I use different modalities in my practice to assist you on your healing journey in a practical way. My intention is to guide you back to the most authentic version of yourself and help you discover your unique blueprint, while supporting you in staying accountable to their vision.
I am trained and certified as a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Life Transition coach under Life Purpose Institute.After earning my degree in Psychology, I became deeply intrigued by human behavior. Later, I began going to a life coach and therapist. Through inner work and attending a course in spiritual awakening, I wanted to help others with a holistic and spiritual approach. After much inner work and self-exploration, I found that my calling was to help others in the same way I was helped. My purpose is to help others through the tools and modalities I have learned, used, and integrated into my own life.
Now, I seek more healing for myself and others through integrating my training, having my own practice, and sharing the tools that changed my life with others.
