Jen offers trauma-informed mindfulness services designed to support nervous-system regulation, emotional safety, and sustainable well-being. Her work is thoughtfully structured to meet individuals, organizations, and groups where they are—providing accessible, grounding practices that integrate seamlessly alongside clinical care and everyday life.
Services are offered across three primary pathways, allowing support to be tailored to different settings and needs while maintaining the same steady, compassionate foundation.

Tailored to Each
Core Services
At Awaken with Jen Toro, each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet individuals and groups exactly where they are. Whether you’re seeking rest, clarity, emotional regulation, or reconnection, sessions are customized based on your needs, goals, and energy levels.

Guided Meditation
Gentle, grounding meditations designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and reconnect you to yourself. Sessions may include body awareness, visualization, and nervous system regulation practices.

Breathwork
Breathwork is adapted to the needs of the client or group:
- Restorative/calming breathwork for stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation
- Up-regulating/energizing breathwork for clarity, motivation, and emotional release
Each session is carefully guided and trauma-informed.

Sound Baths
Immersive sound experiences using soothing tones and frequencies to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system reset. Participants simply rest and receive.

Yoga
All Levels, Gentle & Accessible
Trauma-informed, gentle yoga designed to meet clients at their current ability and comfort level. No experience needed — sessions focus on stretching, relaxation, and reconnecting to the body rather than performance.
